The Dallaglio Foundation (full time role)
What We Did
This project was delivered whilst working with Lawrence Dallagio and his incredible charity.
I was tasked with re-launching the Dallaglio Foundation and raising their profile. There was no budget so being resourceful was key. In order to reach the hearts and minds of the public, I created and lead a marketing campaign around the idea of the Role Model. Working with highly acclaimed photographer Rick Guest, we created a collection of introspective portraits which showcased high profile celebrity Role Models including Heston Blumenthal, Helen Mirren, Sir Paul Smith, Sir Richard Branson and Rizzle Kicks, and young people from the Foundation's youth programme.
The lovely team at Shaftsbury and Sister PR gave us a Pop Up shop on Londons famous Carnaby Street where we could exhibit the show for 3 weeks. We invited media, celebrities and key supporters to the buzzing launch party. Alongside each portrait were messages from the Role Models, our young people and members of the public, outlining who their role model was and why.
Aside from raising money, the exhibition raised the profile of this small charity in national press including The Times, Evening Standard, Daily Mirror, Metro, Vogue (online), Daily Mail (online), Daybreak, GQ, BT Sport.
