Considering a family

You’re making waves in your career yet feeling pressure - biologically or due to other circumstances, to work out if you want a family. We work with ambitious women to gain clarity around what is right for them, what that means for their career, and how the two can work together if that is the route they choose.

We also work with women who are planning a family via surrogacy, adoption or fertility treatment, walking alongside them to support, empower and maintain a sense of control.

Having and juggling a family

Becoming a parent shifts who we are, are priorities, our identity, and our world as we know it.

We work with women before and during parental leave, and when they return to work, to rediscover the best version of themselves personally and professionally. To have clarity and confidence about who they are, what they can do, and how they can bring their whole selves to work.

Already have a family and finding the mayhem, the juggle, the spinning of plates too much? We also work with women who are trying to maintain as successful career alongside any stage of family life.

Coaching enables you to find a balance that works for you so that you feel confident, fulfilled, and in control in each role you play.

Living with peri-/menopause

Peri-/menopause is largely perceived as a negative transition in a woman’s life.

We are passionate that this perception is changed.

We work with women experiencing the physical and psychological impact of peri-/menopause, to rediscover what it is they want, and then find a way forward where symptoms and career can work together, positively.

 

How it works

 

Step 1: Introductory Chat

The the first step is to have an Introductory chat over Zoom to see if we’re a good fit and talk through what coaching is, and importantly, what it isn’t.

Step 2: What’s right for you?

Next we work out what you need. We work with individuals in blocks of 3 or 6 sessions for a duration of 60 or 90 minutes per session. We also offer one off half day ‘deep dive’ sessions.

Step 3: We start

We work together, in partnership, to clarify your goals; where you are, what you want, and what is and is not working for you. And then we look forward - that’s when the magic begins.
