We work with businesses that champion female talent by taking a proactive approach to their wellbeing as they face significant changes in their personal lives.

Why this matters for your team

A recent report conducted by McKinsey shows that creating a culture that invests in gender diversity is crucial for business success. A business that is committed to nurturing female talent, outperforms its peers.

The shift we’re looking for is for women to be offered opportunities and a support system that considers life outside of work.  This will move us away from a world where there has to be a choice – explicit or implicit – between career and personal life.  How the company responds to and offers support to women when they go through transitions in life, is crucial to employee wellbeing and retention. 

The goal is for women to feel considered and valued and crucially, empowered to strive for their professional goals. 

 
 
 
 

The women we support

We partner with organisations to focus in and empower professional women who are facing the following life changes:

  • Considering a family: including women considering starting a family on their own, adoption, or surrogacy. We also work with women through their fertility journeys.

  • Having a family: coaching for women pre, during and post parental leave (Returners Programme) and for mothers who are navigating demanding roles alongside juggling a family.

  • Peri-/menopause: for women managing the symptoms and psychological impact of this natural life cycle alongside their career.

Services

1:1 Coaching

We work as an extension of your organisation’s employee wellbeing offering, by providing 1:1 coaching for female talent navigating the complexities of having - and juggling - a family, or experiencing the symptoms of menopause alongside their career. We work in blocks of 3 or 6 sessions depending on your requirements and allocated investment.

Coaching gives your talent invaluable time and space to focus in on themselves and their professional and personal goals.

They feel supported, elevated, and recognised, and given the resource to bring the best version of themselves to work.

Workshops

We curate and facilitate workshops for line managers who are supporting female talent, to enable them to gain an understanding of the potential impact of specific life changes.

We can tailor workshops to meet business needs. Common focus areas are:

Championing New Mums: a workshop to educate managers about the physiological and psychological shifts women experience as a result of having children, giving them practical tools and processes to work through with the women they support.

Getting to know the Menopause: collaborating with medical professionals, we get down to basics and educate managers about the process and impact of peri-/menopause, and then give them the resource and confidence to support individuals facing this life change.

Through the use of tools and taking on a coaching approach, line managers feel equipped and empowered to support the women they work with. The intention here is that women feel genuinely supported, encouraged, and valued in the business that they generate success for.
